Seed Sorghum
Does anyone know where you can order Whole grain Sorghum? GF for life said they could, but didn't say where.
The continuing adventures of the gluten, dairy and corn-intolerant (and low-sodium). This is what to eat when you can only eat food you made yourself.

I'm planning to grow some. It has similar requirements to corn.
ReplyDeletehttp://www.bountifulgardens.org has 4 varieties.
I don't think I have a gluten problem but I have a friend whose 5 year old daughter was diagnosed autisic until they dropped wheat and dairy. She's almost caught up development-wise now.
And my co-worker told me he lost weight by just cutting out wheat. He didn't say how much but his pants size went from 40 to 34.
